Drag to insert a sound file from Windows and create a linked text object
Locate the sound file in any Windows folder.
Drag the file directly onto the background of the page. This automatically creates a new text object.
Key in the text that you want in the object.

Right click over the linked object.
Click on Add/Edit Link from the menu.
Click on the Anchor tab.
Check the box in front of Click this Checkbox to remove the anchor from the object.
