Spacing Objects

The Space Group commands allow you to quickly space a series of objects evenly across or down a page. This is especially helpful when you are working with repeating objects, such as buttons. You can also space the objects so that the edges touch or have only 1 pixel between

View:Highlight Objects Group

The Highlight Objects group will let you highlight objects that meet certain criteria, such as objects with links, objects that overlap, objects with non-web-safe fonts, objects with added HTML, and objects with notes.

PageLayout:Make Equal Group

The Make Equal group will take a multiple-item selection, and make all the items the same dimension as the object selected first. You can quickly make a group of objects equal width, height, or both.

PageLayout:Bring To Group

The Bring To group is where you can change the way your objects are layered front to back. In HTML this is also known as the z-index. You can move a selected object forward, backward, or directly to the front or

PageLayout:Space Group

The Space group will space the currently selected objects either horizontally or vertically, leaving equal space between all the objects between the left- and right-most objects (or the top- and bottom-most objects).

PageLayout:Align Group

The Align group will align the selected objects to their leftmost, rightmost, topmost, or bottommost side.

PageLayout:Grid Group

The Grid group controls the visibility and cell-spacing of the grid. When the grid is activated, your items will snap to the grid to enable quick alignment of your objects on the page.
