When you create a thumbnail, the size is locked unless you unlock it. Once you unlock it, you can resize it.
- Click on the thumbnail to select it.
- Drag one of the handles and the Object is Locked dialog opens.
- Click Yes if you want to remove the lock so you can resize the photo.
