Shapes Command

Draw a Rectangle or Elipse
- Click on Draw Tab>Shapes Group. This opens the Shapes selection.
- Select the shape that you want in the Shapes Using Fill Colors Group or the Shapes Using Graduated Fill.
- The shape is added to the page with the Fill Color and the Line Color that is currently selected in the Color dialog.
After you create a shape, you can switch between solid and graduated fill at any time.
Draw a Line
- Click on Draw Tab>Shapes>Rectangle. A rectangle is placed on the page.
- If you want to remove the border, click on Draw Tab>Borders Group>Width>None.
- Use the selection handles to resize the rectangle into a line .
Use the Graduated Fill Commands to give lines an interesting design look.
